I just started WW today! I am really excited to shed some pounds! I want to make sure I am doing to program correctly for maximum results. I start off most mornings with Quaker Weight Control Maple & Brown Sugar Oatmeal. It has 4% fat, 10% carbs, 24% fiber & 10% protein. When I plug that into the WW points calculator it comes up as 1 point. Is that right, sounds low to me. Almost too good to be true.
