Getting in Shape

The POLL post got me to thinking......

Lots of you posted about how you love to eat yummy salads......

So I was wondering if you could share what you put in your salads and when you eat them. Lunch daily, a side with dinner?

I can never come up with good ideas for delicous things to switch up salads and I can get bored with lettuce veryyyy quickly.

Also, dressing. What do you do for salad dressing? I was doing olive oil and red wine vinegar and S&P for a while....but that got old quick....And most fat free or light dressings taste totally disgusting to me. Ideas here? ......oh...I am also really not into eating a plain salad....just can't do it.
