Getting in Shape

Wednesday Accountability

Morning! It was SO HARD to get out of bed this morning -- not sure why, got plenty of sleep! Still a little out of it, I almost titled this "Monday Accountability"!

B: Sliced avocado, coffee.
S: Lowfat cherry yogurt.
L: PBJ (low on groceries right now), apple.
S: Baby carrots.
D: Small salad with mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, green pepper, cucumber, hardboiled egg, and cup of homemade chicken rice soup. Two organic "oreos" (I'm not a stickler for organic, but these taste better than regular ones!)

E: Not sure -- I'll be at class/work from 8:30am-11pm and woke up too late today, might end up being a rest day!
