Wednesday Accountability

Good morning!!! I am officially now in the single digits and am completely freaked out.....soo I am taking a half day today to try to get crap DONE!!!! (oh and to try and track down one of my bridesmaid's dresses which the bridal shop told us yesterday is LOST.....freaking wonderful)

B- special K cereal with skim milk, banana
S- kashi bar
L-? something utillizing the 15 lbs of grilled chicken in my fridge....
S- triscuits with low fat veg cream cheese
D- TBD...again, probably something with grilled chicken

E- hoping to get in HIIT in order to relieve some STRESSSS

  • That's a lot of grilled chicken.....  Are you having trouble sleeping yet?  I don't I had issues falling (and staying) asleep until the 3 or 4 days before my wedding, but MidNite (link) saved my life.

    B: Chocolate PB Banana shake, coffee w/ skim milk
    S: apple and string cheese
    L: left over homemade turkey burger (really yummy), baby spinach salad
    S: greek yogurt w/ honey and craisins
    D: eggs and peameal bacon

    E: NROL4W Stage 7 Workout 6 (If I was to stop at once through Stage 7 [as you can] I'd be done today!!)
    PW: protein shake w/ frozen raspberries, chocolate protein powder, milk and water.

    d-lasagna with skim ricotta, 2% mozzerella, spinach and squash.

    e-none, Jon has my laundry with him at his parents and I have no socks or sports bras...oops

    On another note, does anyone else eat special k? I normally try to switch up the cereals so I don't get bored and I love cereal, but I've been noticing it's not as filling as my Life. I ate breakfast at 630ish and it's 930 and I feel like my stomach is eating itself.

  • Nothing like an hour and a half wait for an oil change. O well, it was free at least...

    B - 1.5 cups FiberPlus Antioxidants w/ 1/4 c. unsweetened vanilla almond milk
    S - clementine
    L - 3 slices chicken breast on lavash wrap w/ lettuce, tomato, avocado & 1 tsp. grey poupon
    S - carrots w/ 1 tbsp 1/3 LF mixed veggie cream cheese, possibly some rice cakes if hungry before dinner
    D - TBD, still need to go food shopping and fi might not be eating at home tonight
    S - Vita Top chocolate muffin top if hungry

    E - elliptical w/ arm weights, abs

    hey girls, i am kind of new to this board, but this will really help me with my clean eating diet i think!

    B-eggwhites, a banana, 15 oz plain tea
    S-edamame
    L-left over stir fry wtih brown rice, veggies, shrimp and homemade "c;ean" teriyaki sauce.
    S-tomatos and basil, nectarine, stringbeans (lots of snacks--eating every two hours)
    D-quinoa tubule
    10 8 oz glasses of water.

    E-running one mile, walking 1 mile, 150 crunches.
  • jonchrissy, I cannot just have cereal for breakfast.  It's just not enough food.  Special K especially, there's just nothing threre!

  • i agree...special k does not stay with me!!  add a cup of greek yogurt....thats what I have to do.

    I eat Special K sometimes, and always eat strawberries or a banana with it. Makes it last a bit longer for me. :))

    S- handful of almonds
    L- Salad or wrap of some kind (meeting friend for lunch)
    S- Chobani greek yogurt
    D- Turkey sub

    E- Either pilates or my Wii EA active
  • Jonchrissy, I have been eating cereal a lot lately for breakfast just due to a hectic schedule. Sometimes I have it with a half sized protein shake or one of the special K shakes even. My favorite is Special K fruit and yogurt, and sometimes I have special K chocolately delight as a snack.  Right now, I really like the FiberPlus Antioxidant version of fruit and yogurt. It seems to fill me up a little better (slightly more calories though).

    B - Egg White Omelette with cheese
         Whole Wheat Mini Bagel

    S - Hummas and Sun Dried Tomato Crackers

    L- Cream of Potato Soup
        Turkey and Cheese sandwich on w/w.

    S- grapes
         greek yogurt

    D - bbq chicken cheese burger on whole wheat bun with lettuce

    E- 4 mile walk/jog

  • Special K never fills me up. I usually eat it with a sliced banana.

    B- yogurt and a banana
    S- soy nut mix
    L- wendy's apple pecan salad without the pecans and 1/2 the dressing
    S- cherries and pecans from the salad
    D- idk yet maybe micro meal and lots of veggies

    e- idk yet maybe a jillian dvd

    I just got back from vacation and didn't stick to my diet at all! I gained 5 pounds back. I think I am going to go join the gym after work today on my way home.
