I joined a gym today! After 4 weeks of WW with very little results (1.5lbs lost), I've come to terms with the fact that I'm going to have to exercise to get any kind of results. Also booking a boudoir shoot for late may/early June so I'm really running out of time and can't spend my days just sitting on the couch and vegging! Now to find some energy...
