I started exercising more regularly and calorie counting a month ago, and have lost 8.5 pounds. I still have 26.5 pounds to lose for my goal weight. I am frustrated though, I got on the scale today and only have lost 1.2 pounds since last week. Whats the deal? I heard that your menstrual cycle and period also plays a role in weight loss/gain. I got my period on Sunday.. is that why my weight loss is slow this week? what can I do or eat to boost my weight loss during this week?
