L- who knows...I woke up super later with no time to grab anything so probably a salad
D- grilled chicken salad wrap

E- triceps, shoulders, HIIT

    Wow, I'm really tired today!  We definitely did not get nearly enough sleep this weekend.  Early to bed tonight!

    D: TBD, need to go grocery shopping.

  • Morning all. I second Raynes on the not nearly enough sleep this weekend. And got sunburn despite sunscreen. Damn you Banana Boat!!

    B - sliced hardboiled egg on multigrain english muffin w/ 1 slice FF American cheese and 2 slices honey ham
    S - banana
    L - shaved chicken breast on lavash wrap with laughing cow, lettuce, tomato, cucumber and avocado
    S - 1/2 luna white chocolate macadamia bar
    D - 1/2 salmon burger on sandwich flat with lettuce, tomato and avocado
    S - other half of luna bar or Hungry Girl red velvet cupcake

    E - 35 minute walk on treadmill at lunch, hour at gym later

    B: egg, bacon and cheese sandwich on a plain bagel, coffee
    L: Turkey sandwich on whole wheat with lettuce, tomato and pickles, handful of grapes
    S: Banana
    D: Pioneer woman's Chicken with Olives over whole wheat spaghetti, broccoli, two glasses red wine

    E: Three-mile run, strength training
