So I'm not looking to lose anything drastic, just 10 lbs...but I want to KEEP it off this time. My problem is, I have absolutely NO motivation. I know I'm the only one who can motivate myself but I am seriously lazy. I got home late yesterday from work and totally planned on running, but it was cold, dark, and rainy so I just made dinner instead.
Also, another frustrating thing I'm experiencing is that in an effort to monitor my calorie intake, I joined MyFitnessPal and it's given me 1200 calories to eat each day. Now that I monitor my calories, I am eating closer to 1100 and each time I do, it says I need to eat MORE! I just feel like I can't win. I ate a bagel for breakfast yesterday in an effort to increase my calorie intake, but I still only ate 1100.
It's just so difficult to lose 10 measly pounds! I know I need to quit whining and go to the gym but I just wanted to vent =/
