Getting in Shape

138 to go!

I love the motivation I get from reading peoples posts and seeing how well they are all doing and it keeps me going. I started about a month ago cutting out different things from my diet adding in healthy replacements. Started drinking shakeology in the mornings and getting to the root of my over eating. And it is paying off! so far out of my 150 lbs to loose I have lost 12 lbs!

Thank you to all the good advise and encouragement on this bored you guys are amazing!
