    l-greek yogurt, strawberries, cherries, reduced fat potato chips 100 cal pack.
    s-1 mini reeses cup and 1 mini twix. I can't seem to not eat out of the office candy jar!
    d-leftover pasta with lemon and spinach.
    s- cherries

    e-60 minutes elliptical and abs/legs.

    Morning!  I had a really time believing that it was only Monday night last night.  It felt like it should have been a Wednesday.

    B: Chocolate PB Banana shake, coffee w/ skim milk
    S: string cheese and an apple
    L: mixed field greens w/ a green onion, some cucumber and grilled chicken, homemade dressing
    S: hummus, a yellow pepper and some mini pitas
    D: baked salmon and asparagus

    E: rest day, foam rolling

    L - I dunno. My stomach is off and my usual salad isnt appealing to me =(. Protein shake

    D - No clue. Leftovers of some sort probably.

    E - 50 min walk this AM. Ride my horse tonight.

    L - sandwich, toasted wheat thins and 60 calorie pudding cup

    D - baked chicken with creamed corn (I'm trying something new so hopefully it turns out okay.)

    E - ran 30 minutes this morning, possibly go back to the gym this afternoon for bicep and back workout

    l- 6 inch veggie sub on wheat at subway- must go to post office at lunch hour

  • Even sicker today :( I need to shake this thing by Saturday for my shower, or else cameras will be banned (I look like Rudolph the red-nosed reindeer right now)!!!!

    B- raisin, walnut, date instant oatmeal
    S - banana
    L - special k fruit & yogurt in almond milk
    D - not sure, don't have too much of an appetite at the moment. Possibly just some soup.

    E - managed to do 35 minutes on the elliptical and my morning push ups, but I think that's it for today. Blah...
