Getting in Shape

10min Cardio

Hello-I work in an office where we sit all day and are encouraged to take 2 10-15 min breaks a day and it just occurred to me that we have a small gym in our building...could I get my heart rate up enough in 10min, say on a bike or stairs to do any good? I am not familiar with how long a workout has to be or how intense.
This will be in addition to my healthy eating and exercise in the evenings.
