    yaaaay!!!

    i recently got back from vacation and I thought I had gained 7 lbs at first! I was like "WTF!!!!" but within a few days it had turned out I only gained 2... which isn't great, but definitely worth it for those Maine Lobstahs!

    my theory is that after a few days of being back on your normal routine, you'll end up back where you started.  the trending higher over long periods of time is what to worry about!
