Happy hump day! As per usual when I end up getting a ride home with my H, I did not go to the gym last night. It's so hard to leave when we're home together. No excuses tonight though!
B: overnight oats, chocolate/PB/banana style w/ ground flax, coffee w/ skim milk
S: apple and yogurt cup
L: left overs, chicken sucotash w/ gingered sweet potato toss, yum!
S: carrots and hummus

today will be fried egg sandwiches!

PW: choclate raspberry protein shake
