Question - Eating back the calories you burn?

Hey ladies! 

All my posts lately have been lame questions that have been asked a million times, but if they're not getting boring/annoying yet.. here's another one! 

I track my calories and fitness on LiveStrong every day.  Some days I'll use the calories I've burned as 'bonus calories' to treat myself to a smoothie at Booster Juice or something similar.. but for the most part, it's hard enough for me to eat the 1522 a day.  Do I have to eat back the calories that I burn? I hear so much on here about your body going into starvation mode if you don't eat enough, and I definitely don't want that! It's just late, and I don't feel like searching the cupboards for 500 cals just because I went to zumba!
