Anyone else on here trying to get in shape while dealing with hypothyroidism? I was diagnosed with it when I was eight, got it under control in middle school, then it went crazy during undergrad and my doctor and I have just in the last month (one year out of undergrad) found the appropriate Synthroid doseage. Basically all she has been able to suggest in terms of helping with my weight loss has been weight lifting. What has been effective for you if you're dealing with the same thing, or what have your doctors recommended?
