    S- yogurt with grapenuts
    L- Tuna with 1 tbsp light mayo, 2 slices light wheat, lettuce
    S- 1 cup light chocolate silk, 1/2 scoop protein powder
    D- grilled chicken, salad, sweet potato

    E- 40 min cardio, chest tricpes (since I didnt get to weights yesterday)

    D - mushroom risotto and green salad with fat-free balsamic vinaigrette

    E - 2 mile run/walk. I did 2.25 miles yesterday and I did really well!

    Would you mind giving me your smoothie recipe with the protein powder? I feel like whenever I try to make them, I can only taste the protein powder and none of the yumminess of the smoothie!
