B- quaker oatmeal squares with skim milk, coffee
L- pork loin, brown rice, and sugar snap peas
S- laughing cow wedge with triscuits
D- hmmmmmm....either left over grilled flank steak, or turkey burgers or tacos....depends on wha the big guy wants :)

E- HIIT and biceps

    B - 1 egg white w/ 1/2 WW broccoli cheddar side on lavash wrap
    S - banana
    L - shaved chicken breast on lavash wrap w/ lc wedge, lettuce, tomato, cucumber
    S - clementine, 9 kettle corn mini rice cakes
    D - TBD, depends on how fi is feeling
    S hungry girl red velvet cupcake sans icing

    E - killer mrning abs workout, HIIT at lunch

    Oh man, I have a killer case of the DOMS today.  I can barely walk my quads are so sore.  I may take a second rest day, because the thought of 60-80 weighted squats tonight is just not appealing at all.

    B: Chocolate PB Banana Shake, coffee w/ skim milk
    S: apple and string cheese
    L: baby spinach and chicken breast w/ reduced cal italian dressing
    S: plain ff yogurt w/ protein powder
    D: Salad wraps.

    E: either rest day, or NROL4W Stage 7 Workout 2

    Back from vacation, and not very happy about it.  I desperately need some motivation to get all this work done today.

  • I have a heat rash thing under my arm. It's on the side of chest, like under my armpit. so of course my sports bra rubs there. It's super annoying! I'm NEVER wearing a cotton t-shirt to the gym again!

    B - mini bagel with neufchatel, coffee wtih ff creamer and protein powder
    S - fat free chobani with granola
    L - leftover greek-style stuffed peppers
    D - black bean and guacamole tortas with roasted chile-lime corn-on-the-cob

    E - 3 mile run
