b-2 scrambled eggs, orange
s-skim milk, apple with natural peanut butter
l-chicken meatballs on light wheat, salad
s-sugar free pudding
d-roasted chicken, green beans
e-walked 2 miles this morning

  • we're snowed in today, which completely changed my food plans, but in a healthy way!

    b - oatmeal, blueberries
    s - hot chocolate w/ whipped cream
    l - egg white omelet w/ veggies, lf cheese, toast
    d - tilapia w/ broccoli
    s - popcorn, maybe.  something.
  • b - soy joy bar 
    l - chicken breast, gouda cheese (mmm!)
    s - skinny london fog (tea latte)
    d - pork tenderloin, baked sweet potato fries
    s - grapes, 3 graham crackers
