Getting in Shape

Great class!

Hi ladies,

I just wanted to mention that I'm taking the most amazing Body Conditioning class called Body Conditioning by Dancers.  I go twice a week and have been for the past 6 months and my body has totally changed!  Now my dress fits me better than it did before.  She teaches mainly downtown and she teaches pretty much everyday.  The sessions are 8 weeks long. It's sort of like a bootcamp where you do cardio and strength training, but it's fun and it's only women!  I was never able to stick to anything before and now I look forward to this class every week.  If anyone is interested, let me know and I can send you her details.
