Thursday WW Accountability

almost friday!!!

cara - my go-to at work is a Werther's Original candy if im having a really hard time with sweets. i think 3 equal 1 WW point, but id have to check again. It definitely helps because its tasty and sweet and you dont have to chew it like gum so your jaw wont hurt lol. Then again, when sweets come into work, i cant eat them anyways because of the gluten. But it satisfies the sweet craving for me usually. Otherwise, its a bit insensitive for her to be shoving things in your face all the time. Its understandable if she wants to bring them in, but dont try to force you to eat them. That's just rude.

L: frozen omlette thingy (yeah weird prob but didnt have time to make something) - 6ish

    Graceful  and Cara-that's my new "go to ' too! I recently found mini Sugar Free Werther's boxes in the checkout aisle of the supermarket. So you can keep them in your purse. It usually takes the edge off my "sweet" tooth. Cara--I chew a lot of gum too...something about the mint takes the edge off too. But I experience the same jaw issues...some dentists say chewing SF gum is good others say it's a big DON't!!!

    I have my demo lesson today with the principal observing for that 2nd grade position i interviewed for. Needless to say, I am a mess. lol. I'm prepared but a nervous wreck. Can't wait til it's over.

  • Morning!  I swear since DH has been gone the house work has multiplied when I thought it should have gone way down.  Maybe I'm just a really messy person or something.

    D: crustless quiche leftovers (6) maybe some pudding? (3)

    E: more house work.  Laundry, cleaning the kitchen, making the beds,  picking up the dry cleaning and sweeping the floors has to burn some calories right?  This whole "wife" thing is a lot of work!  DH usually is around to help!

  • Morning! Thanks for the tips!!  I'll check out werthers.  I have a hard time having any sort of candy at my desk, because I will not stop at 3 if there is an entire bag there. :-(  I do have some sugarfree mints at my desk, which is sad, but I do try and go to them when I'm craving something.

    I do have GOOD news though! I got on the scale this morning and am down 2.2!!!!!  I actually weighed myself 3 times becuase I didn't believe it.  I think this is cosmic reward for resisting all the temptation around me! :-)  It was a really nice boost though.

  • Hey y'all. Just came from my weigh-in and was up 0.6. :-( Not a huge setback, but I was hoping to get below 200 (for the first time in a long time). Oh well. Tonight we're meeting with our photographer :-D so maybe that will be some motivation (picturing how the photos will turn out!).

  • Ok I like to reflect on my food at the end of the day, but today I need to do some pre-planning.  FI and I are making pizza for my grandparents tonight, so that means keeping points low in beginning of day.  I'm going to make two yummy extra cheese pizzas for them and one WW veggies minimal cheese pizza for me!  I'm guessing each slice has around 5 points?

    B-Coffee and creamer (2) egg whites and veggies (2)
    L-Salad w/ bell peppers, mushrooms and goat cheese (2)
    S-Cottage cheese and 1/2 peach (2)
