B: Choclate Banana protein shake, coffee w/ skim milk
S: apple and string cheese
L: homemade chicken caesar wrap
S: plain ff yogurt w/ protein powder (got a new one to try)
D: egg sandwiches

  • Long week ahead with 2 weddings at the end of it. And first dress fitting tonight after dinner. Awesome...

    B - 1 egg + 1 egg white on multigrain english muffin w/ LC wedge & 2 slices honey ham
    S - banana
    L - Fiber Plus Antioxidants cereal in 1/4 c. unsweetened vanilla almond milk, watermelon
    S - kettlecorn mini rice cakes if time
    D - 1 c. spaghetti squash w/ Green Giant broccoli cheese side

    E - 5k HIIT (run 1/4 mile at 6.0, sprint 30 sec. at 9.0), 100 push ups this AM, possibly an ab workout if time after work

  • not really sure what the plan is for dinner, don't know if the husband is planning to be home or not.

    b - kashi cereal, skim milk
    l - grilled turkey and cheese on wheat, green bell peppers
    s - pear, egg whites
    d - tbd, probably something with ground turkey.  maybe pasta, or chili.
    s - 1/2 cup ice cream

  • Ugh I ate horribly at our engagement party...and drank wayyy to many calories.

    l- left overs...spinach squares, mini-canolli, chicken puff, roll up, shrimp.
    d- no clue, need to go grocery shopping

  • B - 1 Eggo waffle w/ low fat strawberry cream cheese; glass of orange juice

    L - 2 chicken wraps; soft drink (bad, but being honest)

    D - TBD - meeting some old friends I haven't seen in a while for dinner

    E - 1 mile walk around the neighborhood (1/2 downhill; 1/2 uphill) and possibly 30 minutes of yoga 

    *Today is my first day posting on this blog, but I've read several of them over the past few weeks and you all have inspired me.  I know my eating isn't the best right at the moment, but I'm hoping that keeping myself accountable to post on here will help keep me on track!
  • I have to say, sometimes I forget to log my food for 3-4 days and the accountibility posts come in REALLY handy for remembering what I ate.

    B - coffee, cheese, hard boiled eggs
    S - 1 ounce of cashews
    L - leftover flatbread with pesto, kalamatas and artichoke hearts
    S - baked tortilla chips and leftover guacamole
    D - TBD, possibly soup

    E - training session

  • bad mood = not checking in for several days. no real reason why, just clearly in a funk. since the funk seems to not be going anywhere, I better try to at least keep myself in check so I don't go backwards.
