Getting in Shape

Vent and a question

So I have a vent and a question that came up while grocery shopping last night and decided I should just combine them in one post even though they are unrelated to eachother.

Vent:  I finally found a filling breakfast that is nutritious and I have not gotten sick of yet.  I love eating a toasted Kashi waffle with nutella and strawberries.  Well, FI and I just moved to a new area and we have not been able to find my waffles since we moved.  Yesterday while at the grocery store he decided to pull out his phone and research where we could get them in the area.  It turns out Kashi got new ovens for their waffles and the old recipe will not work in the new ovens, so they are researching a new recipe.  I have no idea how long this usually takes but my quess is a very long time.  I looked at other frozen waffles and none even came close to the nutritional vlaue of my delcious and filling Kashi ones :(

Question:  I am trying to pay more attention to what goes in my food, not just basic nutritional info.  Yesterday, FI and I picked up our regular bbq sauce (Sweet Baby Ray's) and just for grins I flipped it over and read the back.  First ingredient is high fructose corn syrup...I tried putting it back but FI insisted I buy it still.  I started looking at other bottles and did notice there are healthier options but had no idea where to begin and I didn't want to make a rushed decision.  So, what is your favorite barbeque sauce that is not loaded with sugar and all kinds of artificial ingredients?
