Getting in Shape

how does your eating scheudules usually go?

Morning-Today I had Biscuits and strawberrys
Afternoon-I worked out for an hour, now I'm having a yummy Special K protein shake.
Later on I'll probably have one of my special K fruit crips/ or 100 calorie nabisco treat.
Dinner-Sadly I'll prob have a digornoe pizza
Late night snack-More yummy strawberrys.

Just wanted to know how you girls do your eating plans and what you eat.

  • Take a look at the accountability threads belows.  One is for weight watchers and one is for people who are counting calories (sparkpeople.com is a good website.)  Hope that helps!

    I eat ever few hours.  Breakfast is usually at 6:45 am, morning snack at 10am, lunch at 12 pm, snack at 3:30pm, and dinner when it's ready!

  • i eat well balanced and proportioned meals every four hours, four times a day.

  • Timewise-
    I eat breakfast at about 630
    If I'm really hungry I'll have a snack at about 10
    Lunch is at noon
    dinner is at about 745 or 8pm
    snack is at 9pm

  • I eat every 4 hours or so, if I wait longer than that I tend to make poor choices and binge.
  • I usually eat sugarfree oatmeal for breakfast, then have soup for lunch, a snack of cereal or fruit before or after dinner, depending on how late I have dinner. But I can't go more than about 4 hours without eating.
