alright here is the issue:
I need ab workouts that I can do without moving my neck too much.
I have issues where if I strain my neck I get migraines frequently!
but I want to strenghten the muscles in my abdomen before the wedding in 58 days so would like some tips so anyone with helpful hints would be welcome...
oh and I've tried yoga and pilates they don't help very much and sometimes hurt more than help...
