NWR: Dress Help

Dear Knotties,
Below is the dress that I'll be wearing to the prom this year, same color.  I just made an appointment for an up-do because I'm hopeless with getting my hair up.  I need suggestions for hair so that I can take a picture with me for what I want and some jewelry.  I don't think a necklace is necessary because the neckline will hide it.  I have lots of silver jewelry but I don't know what will really work with it.  I was thinking black or maybe pearls.  Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

How long is your hair? A cute side chignon (however you spell that) would be very pretty with it, IMO. Like this, but without the hair piece.

I think the side chignon is so chic for this dress!  Drop earrings would be cute.  I love the dramatic neckline of this dress, I'd be tempted to keep it all simple up top and go with a triple strand pearl bracelet (or other sort of chunky bracelet)
