Just wondering how you maintain your willpower/motivation?
As much as I want to lose those ten pounds, I always think "tomorrow I'll start". Or I will do one good day, than the next day go back to my horrible eating habits
If I have a little bit of progress I sabotage myself and will "treat' myself. I need help
I have goals... but I cant make myself stick to them!!!
Tell me how you do it!!!
I look at motivational pictures, try to stick to tracking on myfitnesspal.. but if I have a bad day I usually stop tracking. Help please
