Been working out approximately 4-6 hours a week. 3-5 hours a week of Zumba, 1-2 hours of spinning and 1-2 cardio and weight training on my own. I have also cut back my calories to approximately 1300-1800 a week. Both the diet change and exercise has been consistent for 3 weeks and I've only lost 3 pounds.
i'm currently at 200 with a goal of 150. Anyway, am I not eating enough? do I need to do more cardio? am I just being impatient?
Ugh just feeling stuck
