Oooo this week cannot go by fast enough!  H and I leave for the Dominican early Friday morning.  Yay vacation!

B: 4 seed bagel thin w/ natural PB and sliced banana, coffee w/ skim milk
S: apple and string cheese
L: curried lentil soup w/ 1/2 whole wheat pita
S: plain ff yogurt w/ raspberries and granola
D: spinach and ricotta frittata
