Yesterday I decided I wanted to start using livestrong.com to keep track of my daily eating, etc. When I signed up yesterday, it told me I could have 1400 calories a day to lose 2 lbs a week if I had a sedentary lifestyle. I ended up eating about 1500 but burned enough calories through exercise, that my "net calories" was about 1200 for the day. Now, I'm logging in and it's saying that I'm only supposed to eat 1200 calories a day to lose 2 pounds a week, and then when I changed my weight and recalculated, all of a sudden it dropped down to say I'm only supposed to have 1,000 calories a day! I don't know what's going on, if it's glitching, whatever. But I'm just confused how my calories number just went from 1400 to 1000 according to this site in a day. o_O Advice? Help please?
