Getting in Shape

Getting back on the wagon...

I introduced myself a few weeks ago but haven't posted in a while.

 I was really excited about getting back in shape a few weeks ago but got a nasty cold and felt too icky to go to the gym. Today I ate well and went to the gym for an hour. I'm feeling so great after the gym and am hoping that I can stay on track this time. What do you ladies do to keep on track?
