Healthy Crockpot Recipes

So I've been doing a lot of crockpot cooking and freezing to eat healthy meals later in the week.... which is awesome... but I've totally run out of inspiration for what, exactly to make. I've made chili, chicken soup, general vegetable slop, what else is healthy enough to eat five days in a row, and tasty? (I'm hopeful for a pasta dish, but also realistic. :) )

I personally can't eat any fish or shellfish (or anything with Worchestershire sauce, since that has anchovies in it), but all recipes are welcome since they might inspire someone else!
