    Its back to work for me.... the start of a new school year.  Very tough to get up this early after sleeping in all summer.  Oh well.... I knew this day would come.  Not really sure about my eating plan for the day, as we have lots of uncertainty.

    B: fruit (1); fiber one bar (2)- usually breakfast is provided for us today, but I'm going to opt out of the "bad" stuff and stick with some fruit
    L: probably out to subway with my co-workers (10)
    S: string cheese (2); grapes (1)
    D: lite caesar salad (3); smart ones meal (5)
    S: ww heath bar crunch (2)

    Hoping to squeeze in a walk with hubby tonight if I'm not too tired from my first full day back.

    went to wedding in NY this weekend and stayed overnight there. i ate like COMPLETE crap. but now im really buckling down and counting everything. i want to be a healthy person, damnit!

    Morning all. I also had a really horrible weekend of eating. I mean....it was delicious, but really bad and I'm paying for it now. :-(

    First day of school for me. I have 2 classes today - one of which I'm hoping to get in still (on the waitlist). Vibes appreciated.

    Morning!  Graceful-I'm with you-I ate (and drank!) horribly this weekend.  This morning I looked at myself in the mirror and thought-really?  Is this the person I want to be?  Who eats and drinks utter CRAP and is unhealthy?  Or would I rather be the person that doesn't "get" to eat the cheesecake and martinis and junk all  the time but is healthy and in shape and dare I say thin?  Ugh.  Theme of the week (or the rest of my life) act like the person you'd like to be.  (and stop drinking more calories in a weekend than i should consume in a week!)

    B: leftover snacks (haven't counted them online yt)
    L: crustless quiche (5)
    D: meeting a friend for mexican.  I'm thinking 2 chicken tacos (8) and maybe some refried beans if they tell me they dont' add fat (2)
