Hi ladies! I've posted on here just a few times, but I wanted to share that I started the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred yesterday and it whooped my butt!
I go to the gym on a fairly regular basis and I like to run. So I'm no stranger to working out or endurance, but darn if I'm not sore today from Level 1!
I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for a workout dvd. I'm sure it is going to be effective. It's a great full body workout in less than 30 minutes. I'm even going to get FI to start doing it with me. I'm trying to tone and drop that last 5-10 lbs to reach my ultimate goal weight. I'll let you know at the end of the 30 days how it turns out!
