SIL's wedding today.  Hopefully she'll have some healthy food options, but i doubt it.

b - kashi waffles, pb, honey
l - leftover pancit and adobo
s - apple, diet coke
d - buffet at the wedding.
s - maybe a slice of cake

    Hi kllm,

    I went back to WW today after a few months off...grrr...but it felt so good to be back! Anyway, I would like to lose around 15 lbs before my September wedding. I have always been one who likes to exercise but lately my snacking is killing me! So, I figured WW will hold me accountable! once again. I will join you on your Saturday accountability! Do you normally log what you ate/exercise at the end of the day Saturday?

    congrats on joining WW again - there are lots of girls on here that are WW members, too.  during the week, they have their own WW accountability thread, but on the weekends i think we all use the same thread, since a lot fewer people are around.

    for accountability, we all post what we're PLANNING to eat for the day (since planning meals is such an important part of sticking to weight loss).  so, each morning (or afternoon) we log on and write down (as best we can) what we're planning to eat and do for exercise.  it helps us make good choices and stick to the plan.

    B-protein shake
    S-Kashi granola bar, Fiber One yogurt
    L- Baked chicken patty
    S-Yoplait fruit smoothie (so good and filling!)
    D- Brown rice with Lentils
    S- WW 2 point bar
    E- 35 min of cardio/ 30 min weights
