I've done an hour of Zumba and the 20 minute 30 Day Shred workout for 4 days now and my whole body is aching. It's so bad that when I sit down on something low (like the toilet), I have to pull myself up with my arms because my legs just refuse to work right now lol. I was just wondering, at what point does my body need rest? Or do I need to push through and keep going?
Also, FI mentioned to me that when he was working out in college (he played basketball), his trainer would make him drink a "recovery drink" after a really tough workout. He said it was usually a fruity type drink, like a really strong gatoraid. Anyone have any experience with recovery drinks? If so, is there a specific kind you recommend or prefer?
