I finished the C25K last summer and was running 3-4 miles three times a week before it got cold, dark, and generally inhospitable (for me) to run outside. I slacked. I'm now angry at myself.
I want to do the Ease into 10K (10 week program) now as opposed to the Bridge to 10K (6 week program). However, I can't find the instructions by googling! All the hits are all for downloading the application to my iPhone or want me to pay for the podcast.
Call my crazy, but I'm perfectly able to follow the program without some computerized thing telling me what to do. Does anyone have this 10 week program written down?
