Hello ladies. I'm sorry if this question seems dumb. I was looking around on the weightwatchers website, and I'm not completely sure I understand how it works. Is it that I cook something and then put it in online and it tells me how many points I lose for eating it? Does it give you so many points a day that you're allowed to have or something of the sort? What about excercising, do you gain points for that?
I've read so many ladies talking about how great WW has been for them, that I think it's something I'd like to try with my fiance. I'm not really looking for something to get in shape for the wedding (although..ya know..that's always a plus ;-] ), but we really have been talking about a lifestyle change lately, but we just don't know where to start. Our parents were not cookers, so, in turn, we're not really either. I can hold my own on cooking some spaghetti noodles, but that's about it, haha. I'd really like to learn about a healthier way to cook meals, a healthier way of eating and excercising, and it seems like weight watchers may be a good option for that. We're going to be moving back to our hometown on the 29th which will in turn give us a little more disposable income, so we could afford the $40 a month to do it.
Any ladies with any information on how it works for this dum dum would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! =]
