Getting in Shape

Need Accountability

I am getting married in 51 days and finishing my masters in 41 days. I am extremely anxious between the masters and the wedding. For 2 nights in a row I have come home by 10 pm and started eating chocolate and chips. I need some accountability so I won't gourge myself due to being anxious. Anyone have any ideas on how I can keep my self in shape and not pudge out in the end.
