Hey Everyone - I randomly lurk on this board because I'm also trying to get in shape. But I have a questions/looking for suggestions.
My normal workout consists of spinning classes, running, elliptical...aka tons of cardio. Well last weekend I got a nasty ankle sprain on my left ankle. My FI convinced me to take last week off from working out since I was limping around. I'm starting to feel better this week but it still hurts. I'm planning on going to the gym tomorrow with the main goal of doing some weight stuff (which I hate) but does anyone have any advice on any cardio I could do that would be easy on the ankle? I know the elliptical and bike are low impact but I'm still worried about my ankle. Or should I do the smart thing and take another week off?
