I am wrapping up week 5 of Insanity and so far I have gained 4 pounds...not what I wanted to happen. I know some of it's muscle because my pants are tighter in the thighs. Bulking up is not really what I was after though, so I am wondering if I should stick with it. I don't really want to quit, but my wedding is in a little over 3 months so I don't want to keep doing it and not end up with the results I was hoping for. I'm seriously thinking about P90X. Can anyone offer a good comparison of the two?
