Morning...

Busy next 2 weeks for me...going to Trinidad for 4 days for my godson's baptism...and then next Friday I am off to Disney with my summer job for 5 days. for FREE. :) As excited as I am, this is a terrible time for all this traveling. With the wedding approaching, I have so many deadlines and not so sure how I am going to complete everything.

B- protein shake (2), apple (1)
S- 1 c blueberries (1), 1 c. strawberries (1), string cheese (1)
L- shake (3), vita top (1)
S- 1 c. cantaloupe (1), 1c. watermelon (1)
D- salad with chick peas (2), ?

  • Lisa-I had a conference a month before my wedding too!  Just enough it, because it's not like you can get wedding stuff done from a conference anyway!

    I weighed myself yesterday and appear to be the same as last week, which is either a mistake or a miracle.  This week is a complete mess, but logging my food here helps, so I'm trying not to get lazy!

    D: unsure, going to a restaurant week opening party, so that could be a hot mess.
