So DH & I started C25k this week & we've been jogging outside so we're jogging uphill, etc. I've also been tracking my calories on myfitnesspal.com & I've been eating an avg. of 1300 - 1500 cals per day (per their recommendation to lose .5 - 1ib/week)
However I weighed myself today & I'm up 1.4ibs -- Is this normal? I know I should probably only weigh in 1x/week but I wanted to see if I made any progress.

ETA: DH didn't show any change - no loss or gain - he also tracks, but I think he's not eating enough calories sometimes.
