I have never been a skinny girl but getting married has motivated me to want to get down to a healthy weight whatever that is. However a healthy weight for me is about 150-160 and for me that can mean losing up to just under half my body weight. 
The wedding is about a year and a half away so I know that I have pleanty of time, I am just unsure the best way to go about it. I always start a diet gung-hoe and lose motivation when I dont see or feel any results. is there any one out there that has a big number to lose, or have lost a lot of weight with some tips?
