FI and I are 2 weeks into our new lifestyle and we both feel great! I actually came down with a cold last week but powered through my workouts anyway. I was feeling better until yesterday when I woke up with gunk in my sinuses and general fatigue. I'm still continuing to eat healthy, but I just feel too blah to work out.
I know this is stupid, especially because my wedding is another yr+ away, but if you're doing a program like we are, insanity, is it okay to take 3 days off and jump right back in? What have you girls been doing when you've come down with something? Thanks!
