Getting in Shape

i need to lose 20 pounds by my wedding heeelp meee!

my dress still fits but i might feel slightly like a stuff sausage hahaha. i've been eating low fat meals like lean quizine and drinking water and diet drinks but i need more help! i have 4 months and 3 weeks. i would like atleast 15 but shooting for 20 off. what did you do to get rid of the pounds. i can't afford a trainer :/ *sigh*

  • Pizza is my downfall! But seriously, I started only drinking water, and making sure to get at least 3 servings of each veggies and fruit everyday, along with high protein, and the weight hasnt necessarily started falling off, but the inches are!

  • A calorie counting app is definitely a great buddy to have. I have zero money to put towards fitness, too, but I downloaded this free app called MyFitnessPal, in the first week I lost 2 pounds! It has been such a great motivator, especially because all of my friends and family have downloaded it too so we are all supporting eachother, together. Also, I work in a little exercise, everyday, and I change it up. One day I am walking at a moderate pace with the incline set on 10, the next day, I hike a trail with the dog, the next day I do a cardio dvd and so on...The biggest change I have noticed is the amount of energy I have!

  • Just remember nothing tastesvas good as thin feels!
