Getting in Shape

100 Pushup Challenge

Hi there,

Does anyone know about this?  I've just finished my 2nd week in this and I'm doing just fine.  I'm afraid that if I continue, my muscles will get big and I'll look bulky.  Has anyone else tried this or know if I will get big?  Thanks!

  • I've been doing push-ups and weight-lifting and I look thinner and toned.  It's very unlikely to make you bulk up.
  • I've been doing pushups now for a while, and my arms just look awesome. 

    You won't get big and bulky unless you're seriously trying at it (think bodybuilder)...Just not going to happen ;)  Unless you're a guy?  Ha ha ha...j/k :)
  • Do you have more information on the 100 pushup challenge? I have been looking for a program to get my arms and back toned for the big day because my ultimate goal is to wear a strapless dress..
