Monday Accountability

Good morning! Finally back on this board after taking a few weeks off. It's going to be 80 degrees here today - the warm weather was good motivation for my first run in a while this morning!

B: Turkey and cheese sandwich, pear.
S: Apple.
L: Cut up avocado, yogurt, carrots.
S: Banana.
D: Homemade chicken soup.

E: 3 mile run, lots of walking.

    Today is not a good accountability day, it's my birthday so I'm spluring.

    B: Panera everything bagel with reduced fat plain cream cheese and a lemonade
    S: Special K snack bar
    L: Meditterranean Salad
    S: undecided..banana maybe?
    D: TBD that's FI's job tonight.


    E: Maybe 30ds...we'll see though.

  • Happy Birthday Ally! There are no such thing as calories on your birthday! Or at least that's my rule, heh. :)

    B: Honey Graham Oh's with milk
    L: Probably a Lean Cusine. Or a salad from Panera or Saladworks if my coworkers go out
    S: Apple or yogurt
    D: Probably leftover spaghetti, or steak if SO feels like cooking

    E: If I'm feeling motivated I might stop at the gym on my way home to do strength training, but like Kate said, it's gonna be 80 degrees here today, so I will probably skip it and just take my dogs on an hour and a half long walk instead.

    I was lazy yesterday and didn't go grocery shopping, sooo, today's a bit up in the air.

    B: 2 eggs and spring mix on a tortilla w/ ketchup, coffee
    S: string cheese and 2 tangerines
    L: leftovers from the freezer, spring mix w/ balsamic
    S: ?? I'll have to stop at the grocery store over lunch
    D: quinoa stuffed peppers (that we were supposed to have on Thurs or Fri of last week!)

    E: NROL Fat Loss I, A3
    PW: some sort of protein shake

    I work midnights so my BSLSDS may look a little weird but it because my day is a little turned around.  LIke today I got up and had pre workout snack at lunch time...etc

    Pre workout: TBSP PB and TBSPof sugar free jelly on low carb high fiber wrap
                           Coffee with cream and splenda
    S::  2 hard boiled eggs
    L:  Grilled chicken breast on top of spinach wtih feta, and strawberries with rasp vinegarette
    S:  1 oz ex sharp chedder and 1 cup of snap peas
    D:  Turkey on large low carb wrap with lots of veggies and hummus
    S:  Kashi go lean cereal with 1/2 cup unsweetend almond milk


    E:  6 miles on the treadmill ( boring) but its too windy to run outside...I will blow away:)  then chest, tri's, and abs

  • It's monday..... Sigh

    B: Low sugar instant oatmeal, banana
    S: Yogurt
    L: Vegetable soup
    S: Mini clif bar
    D: Hummus w/ whole wheat pita bread, salad

    E: 1 hour walk w/ my fi, w1d1 100 pushup challenge --starting over because I'm lame and kept blowing it off

  • Happy Birthday Ally! Enjoy it :)

    I had a rough food weekend, I went to a shower and bachelorette party for a friend and there was NO vegetarian food. I ended up eating a LOT of dessert and chips because they were the only things I could eat besides raw veggies. Didn't feel so good yesterday...  

    B- Fruit and flaxseed smoothie
    L- Vegetable soup
    S- hummus and pita chips
    D- mexican something with leftover black beans or stuffed cabbage (w/ mushrooms for me, turkey for FI)

    E- 1 hour of Cardio at my office gym and P90x ab ripper at home with FI (i've never tried ab ripper before!)
  • Hi Ladies. Happy Birthday!  FI went away for the weekend and brought me back a bunch of goodies that he shouldn't of. He brought back a 6 pack of frownie brownies and a caramel apple with pecans. I told him to stop bring home stuff but he feels guilty every time he goes away without me. So if I eat a small chunk of the apple in front of him he will be happy then in the garbage it goes. I'll try to not eat anymore frownie brownies either! I'll leave those for him. lol

    B- Fi took me to Ihop so the simple and fit waffle with blueberry and eggs and 2 pieces of turkey bacon
    S- sadly a frownie brownie :(
    L- grilled pork chop and asparagus and steamed rice
    D- english muffin pizza
    S- a small chunk of the caramel apple FI got me then I can sneakily throw it away.

    E- 20 minute walk, abs and arms
