Getting in Shape

That time of the month...

We all dread it...well, I do anyway. Does anyone else have an issue with sticking to your diet around your time of the month? I always find myself craving things I DON'T need!  I've always had salty and sweet(meaning potato chips and chocolate) during my week. And right now...those aren't on my list of approved foods I can have or that I will allow myself to have! :) Am I the only one with this issue?

P.S. My alternative foods are Baked Cheetos(Serving size: about 34 pieces, I half that and make the snack a 2 pt) and Weight Watchers snack sized chocolate ice cream pops (they're 1 pt each, i only eat one at a time). I try to limit myself though. One of these snacks a day but not everyday(if i can stand it)!
