Tuesday Accountability

Morning all!  I'm finally back in the saddle with workouts, and my body is really regretting the time I took off.  Ow!  We picked up a Kinect for the Xbox on the weekend, so tonight I'll play with that in hopes of trying to loosen up my tight muscles a bit!

B: 4 seed bagel thin w/ natural PB and banana
S: apple and yogurt cup
L: baby spinach and mache rosettes w/ tuna, grapefruit sections, 1/4 avocado and a bit of sweet onion dressing
S: carrots and hummus
D: ground turkey chili
