Getting in Shape

Back Exercises

I know this has been mentioned a few times recently however this post is slightly different, so hear me out :).

I just started adding in weights again to my work out routine, and I dont know if this is even possible, but I am looking for some upper back exercises, that do not workout the chest muscles at the same time. So push ups, flys, those type of things are out. Any suggestions?

    Most exercises I know of work both in pairs, but there are a few.

    Check out YTWLs on YouTube.  They are definitely a shoulder/upper back worker

  • Thank's Raynes, I was told to not workout my chest muscles by a doctor, so it has been fun trying to find thigns that don't work them out in pairs.

    Shoulder presses would probably be ok too, and maybe lat pulldowns also.
